Within the Scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

Name, surname, T.R. identity number, passport information, phone number, e-mail address.

3.3. Reservation and Transaction Information
Purchased tour, accommodation, transportation, and seyahat details.
3.4. Request and Complaint Information
Applications, requests, and correspondence submitted to customer services.
3.5. Visual and Audio Records
Call center voice recordings.
3.6. Special Categories of Personal Data
In cases where it is mandatory during the travel process, your health information may be processed solely on the condition of obtaining your explicit consent.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be shared with the following parties in accordance with KVKK and the relevant legislation:

- Suppliers providing information technologies and infrastructure services,
- Authorized public institutions and organizations (within the scope of legal obligations).
Data transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of KVKK and the security measures stipulated in the legislation.
6. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is stored for the duration required by the processing purposes and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.
Upon the expiration of these periods, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request the deletion or destruction of data,
- To object to the analysis results obtained exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
