CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cruise / Ship Tours

1. SCOPE

This text regulates the principles of cancellation, refund, and modification processes regarding cruise (ship) tours purchased through Selam Teknoloji Turizm Yatırım Anonim Şirketi ("AGENCY") and constitutes an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.

2. BASIC PRINCIPLES

Cancellation and refund conditions for cruise tours are subject to the special terms of the ship operator, airline, and other service providers.

Deductions to be applied in case of cancellation are determined according to the rules of the respective service providers and are accepted by the CONSUMER in advance.

Binding documents in cancellation and refund processes are: Reservation Document, Voucher, Tour Registration Form, and applicable campaign conditions, if any.

Early reservations and promotional sales are subject to special conditions, and different deduction rates may apply to these products.

3. MODIFICATION REQUESTS

3.1. Date Change

Date change requests made by the CONSUMER are, as a rule, evaluated as a "termination / cancellation" and the respective cancellation conditions apply exactly.

3.2. Name, Cabin, and Flight Changes

Requests such as name changes, cabin changes, and flight changes may be met depending on availability and the rules of the ship operator and/or airline.

Price differences and/or penalty fees may arise in such modifications.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Deduction amounts to be applied in case of cancellation on cruise tours are specified in detail in the Voucher and in the conditions of the respective service providers. The CONSUMER declares that they have read and accepted these conditions at the purchase stage.

The cancellation request must be submitted to the AGENCY in writing (via e-mail, WhatsApp, or other durable data storage mediums). Verbal requests are not accepted as valid.

Following a valid cancellation request; the remaining amount, if any, is refunded to the CONSUMER after deducting the penalties applied by the service providers and legal obligations.

Refunds are carried out using the same method as the payment made (credit card / wire transfer / other). Processing times varying by bank apply to credit card refunds.

5. MISSING THE TOUR START / NON-ATTENDANCE (NO-SHOW)

If the CONSUMER misses the start of the tour or fails to provide a written notification of participation (no-show), the AGENCY reserves the right to cancel all reservations.

In this case, no refund will be made.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine practices, decisions of authorized authorities, adverse weather conditions, transport restrictions, and similar situations developing beyond the control of the AGENCY are considered force majeure.

In cases of force majeure, no liability arises for the AGENCY.
